Helo!
I'm looking for Video color decoders ICs. The requirements are:
- SNR >= 52dB
- input ADC more then 10bit
- PAL, NTSC
- analog inputs: CVBS, YC, YCrCb
- digital output: BTU656 (8/10b muxed YCrCb+sync) compatible

I'v found two chips ADV7183 (Analog Dev) and TVP5145 (TI) that match the requrements (mentioned above). Rgarding ADV7183 Iv received negative feedback from someone noted that output clock may suddenly deviate up to +-5% from 27MHz.
Whats your opinion? Do someone have any experience with these chips?
Thanks a lot!
Vitali
