just wondering whether anybody knows of a good IC that can detect the gain & phase difference between two RF signals. I have found the AD8302 to appear in a lot of searches, but am struggling for other options. The frequency range needs to be about 1-3GHz. Just thought I'd see if anyone could recommend a particular part they have had experience in using.
