It appears to be a voltage regulator from the pin labelling (In Out, Adj)
I can't find the part number, though the -50 likely means it is a fixed 5V type.
An LD1086DT50TR may be suitable, but you really need to verify it is a +5V type. If one of the pins labelled of J18 in that text block is +5V, check for continuity from there to the metal tab on the blown IC.
