Need help to identify part

Hello,
I can't identify this MOSFET component part BA5 NI OS JMD3909, who is the manufacturer? to find the datasheet and find an equivalent replacement. Thanks for your help !!

The 3909 is likely the date code (39th week of 2009).
The Mosfets is likely a Chinese-made part with the 5N10 being the critical parameters

I'm wondering if the SMD bridge rectifier TMBF310 can be reliably tested in circuit or do you really have to desolder it to be sure?
Diode test was correct in circuit.
Then tested voltage with power on, that there was input voltage AC 230V and on the output + and - for DC voltage measurement my multimeter gives a 110V but then quickly dropped to zero and beeped like a continuity test. Strange :rolleyes: or normal?
