model rocketry staging timer/altimeter for cpr system needed

i need a staging timer or staging altimeter for my model rocket which has cpr,(in which the rocket fires a drouge chute and then the main chute a while after) the timer needs to be variable for the two times i has to ignite the staging charges , n e help would be appreciated
