i am building my project that using 4013
i want to input pulse for example that make the O/p high till i apply another one that make o/p low
i tried alot but i faced some troubles So any one have idea ?

Scroll down to BASIC OPERATION. That first connection, /Q to D and your pulse to CLK, will toggle the outputs alternately high and low. Though not shown, S and R need to be tied low.
