I have a couple questions about this thread.
Model 5645 purchased June 2009
1) I see mention of a "thermal cutout". Does this mean that the cooler will shut down at lower temperatures? That sure would be nice, to conserve battery power during cooler days and cold nights.
2) So now I see that my cooler has two fans and a peltier unit in it. If I wanted to purchase a solar panel to try keep up with the energy drain, can someone recommend a certain wattage that would keep up, or at least be somewhat close at keeping up? Would a 15 watt do it?
