ATI makes a "ATI-TV Wonder VE" card - got one this past week. Wal-mart is closing them out for $20. It requires a cable or amplified antenna, a reasonable video accelerator, and normal sound card. You probably already have all these. It is not stereo sound but can operate at full screen if your accelerator is good.
