TRIAC self-trigger

I have this circuits

And the problem is in triac self-trigger when fridge turns on or off, the fluorescent lamp in the fridge will shine for a split second.
How can i fix this problem ?

My bad:
Propably a resistor (10k-100k?) between pin 4 of OC1 and pin 2 of (I assume) JP1 should fix that problem. The gate of the triac is floating when the OC is off and any small static charge could trigger the triac, E
 
Well I put this resistor between pin 4 of OC1 1K and nothing change.
I even install snubber RC but with now result.
