Can anybody give a circuit diagram that toggles a LED with a single push button, considering these options.

* must built from cmos or transistors without using pic ics.
* one push on state (Latch) next push off state (latch).
* must be speed switching no any delay time after pushing the button to on or off.(no propogation dealy)

Hi akg Thats true.....

I Tried some flip flops and some multivibrators.but that didn't give more accuracy.when i switch off the circuit fm the power supply it changes the state.
its not good.

i tried some circuits with these ics

cd 4027 - has a delay
sn 7474 - not working correctly
