Josh's on-off switch

This is a schematic for Josh, who posted a request at https://www.electro-tech-online.com/threads/16f877-help-with-config-word.2215/ for a circuit to convert a momentary switch to an on-off switch. The 74HC14 is a Schmitt trigger, which cleans up the switch bounce. The 74HC74 toggles (changes state) every time the switch is pushed. This may not fit his needs, but it's a place to start.
