As i understand from the text, it's no problem if i connect the copper core of the coax cable to my 75 ohm markings at the back of the radio. Did i understand ok?
Where shall i connect the copper shield? In the text it says to connect it to the negative terminal of the battery negative.
Because i heard that the tuner is very sensitive to lightning, i decided to add a voltage supressor, or coaxial in-line protector. Here it says this one works from
