I n analog circuit , basic component like resistor , capacitor , transistor are used to make circuit
In cmos circuit nmos and pmos transistor are used to make cmos logic circuit
without resistor capacitor we can't create any circuit

but i don't understand how the the resistor and capacitor are connected in cmos circuit

You can make a working circuit without any resistors. Capacitors are used only for power supply decoupling, where they are used as local storage of energy to cover peak demands.

Logic gates (not only cmos) are made in such way that you don´t need resistors to connect them together.

what does it mean resistance estimation and capacitance in c mos circuit

Resistors and capacitors are not used in CMOS logic circuits. They are made using N-MOSFET and P-MOSFET transistors only. See here, for example.

Capacitance exists between spaced conductors in any IC, including CMOS. Reverse-biased semiconductor components also exhibit capacitance. Conduction can be controlled through semiconductors to give desired resistance values.
