Hi. I have never used CPLDs before so I don't know about their practical limitations, but would a CPLD be able to do something like the Gaussian Blurring of an 2D array of numbers (ie. a monochrome image)? I know an FPGA can do this, but I don't know what is considered "too complex" for a CPLD. The CPLD I'm looking at (or rather the one that comes with the SBC) has 225k system gates and 768 macrocells if that helps at all.

I'm really just looking for a ball-park answer.
