needed a tiny inverter .. used a car inverter the thingy was of low watt cant even run a 8W LEd bulb

so made a 555inverter see the circuit ....
ADDed a IRF z44 as i dint had 2sc2049 as in the original circuit .

The thing works but i see light flicker at the LED flood light . I am
using a 0-12V 500mA transformer tried changing the cap to 1uf dint help .

The IRFZ44 gets hot why ? it can handle 60A i think

The back-emf generated when the FET switches off is likely causing problems. The FET gate capacitance and the inductance/resistance/construction of the transformer are also factors which drastically affect circuit performance.

8W LEd bulb
0-12V 500mA transformer

8 watt LED, 6 watt transformer...
Something is a bit overloaded here.

If you are using a low voltage supply, to drive an inverter, to drive an LED lamp...
Why not just drive a low voltage LED from a low voltage supply?
Why all the inverter nonsense? Or am I missing something?
