I'm trying to get around from having smd connectors, which are surface mount, to be able to connect to a breadboard or through-hole PCB. Is there any easy way of doing that?
there was a hack not long ago that used an old fashioned idc card-edge connector as a SD/MMC socket. if you've got any old-school floppy drive cables laying about, then you just need to tone out the correct wires and plug 'em into your bread board.

of course, if you're made of money, you could buy one of these when they're back in stock - almost $20 for a simple card socket seems kinda crazy though, although with the now strong Canadian dollar, it would be cheaper for you folks to the North!
