Question about wearable device with wifi connection

Hi!

I'm trying to build a wearable device with wifi connection, but I cant find any which is small enough to wear as a bracelet.

My objective is to use a heart beat sensor on this device, connect it to the internet and send it to my database.

Any suggestions? Right now I'm using ESP32

Try an ESP-01 - much smaller than a 32, which is a pretty large device.

Hmmm, seems exactly what I need. Just to be sure, I can use it with an arduino lilypad, right?

It has a serial port to connect to any processor.

Nigel, one more thing. What battery should I be using with this module? I am looking for something rechargeable.

Li-Ion is a good choice, as a single cell happily powers an ESP8266 - however, what physical size are you looking for?.

Something that could be put into a bracelete device, under/above the ESP.
