The following question is asked by new member Brian Conley
It was unfortunately posted in a "wrong place", the easiest way to fix the problem was to delete the original and creat this new thread here.

Brian Conley asks:
I have been using EAGLE for about 12 years now.
Most of my layouts are in English system, thus everything in inches or mils.
The default drill diameter list appears to be metric converted to English.
I would like to enter some how, some where my own drill diameter list and use that instead of the default.
I don't see a file to change or any other way to do this task.
Can it be done or not?
If it can be done, how?

I agree. That is a PITA. I looked for a solution and didn't find one. As I understand it, Gerbers have enough decimal places, so it doesn't matter in practice. It may cause a problem on DRC, like minimum drill default is 23 mil, but the conversion from 0.6 mm is 23.622047 mil, so it fails. Like I said, it is a PITA, but I just changed the DRC to be close enough.
