Hello people,
Can someone suggest me a Voltage mode control PWM IC for driving switches of buck boost dc dc converter.?
Frequency of operation-500KHz
Switches to drive IRF 740
Voltage mode control
Topology- BUCKBOOST
duty ratio range- 25% to 75%

Thanks in advance.
Also some of the above mentioned conditions can vary.
