Anyone can suggest a very precise and constant 5V reference? I Google and see many are recommend LT1085 and LM317? Which one is better? Any better recommendation?

Those are adjustable voltage regulators, meant to supply significant current to a load while maintaining a very stable output voltage as supply voltage, load and temperature changes.
A reference is precise, and extremely stable with temperature. They are not meant to be used as a power supply regulator. Which do you want?

Just about any brand is as reliable as the next, just look at the specs. How precise do you need it? 1%? 0.1%? 0.05%?
