Looks a good, clear tutorial - there are many other ways as detailed on this site, but if you follow this one I'm sure you will get good results with a little practice.
The only thing I would change is in the last section where it mentions cleaning the board with nail varinish remover - many of them contain moisturising oils so buy a small bottle of pure Acetone from you local pharmacy.
