I went there, and read everything. Check this out:

* Files larger than 100 MB do not qualify for our Reward Program.

* Less then 50000 downloads don't qualify for any payment or prize.
You must have at least 50000 downloads within 3 months to qualify.

It could be legit.

Also, they pay through Paypal.
