Non-Inverting Amplifier

how to design a non-inverting amplifier with a voltage gain of Av including a green LED that will illuminate when the output voltage of the amplifier stage is larger than 1 Vpp to indicate that the output voltage as been raeched
and a red LED that will illuminate when the voltage reaches 24 Vpp to indicate that the output voltage has been reached. Also how to connect the whole circurt on breadboad including the oscilloscope.
