Newbie here, what should be the actual volt
measure of G, D, and S in Q27 Regulator when
I measure it for me to say its not shorted? As you can
see there are two voltage connected to D (5v and 3.3v), & S (1.5v and Ground),
what suppose to be the right voltage reading when I measure each feet with Multimeter?

It's there big as day. Looks like homework.

Hint: Vs is 1.5V.

Cant answer the question without knowing the values of R419 and R420.

The gate will be about Vt more than the source.
