What you need to do is:
1 CAREFULLY scrape the green solder resist away from one of the tracks which lead away from where the pad was.
2 Straighten the component leg which is currently disconnected and waving about in the air.
3 Cut the leg you have just straightend to make it about 5mm long.
4 Bend the leg so that it is laying on top of the scraped track.
5 Solder the leg to the track.
6 Cut a short length of insulated hook-up wire and solder it between a point on each side of the broken track.
7 Job done.
