I'm working on a project. i need an multiplier or demodulator that can result the harmonic frequency of IF and RF (100 Hz - 1MHZ). I need a circuit with opamp based..

A multiplier is a modulator.

Do you need a modulator or demodulator? What type of modulation, AM, FM, DSB, SSB, etc.?

hmm.. i think i can use multiplier as demodulator with fillter at the end.
it's like FM modulator.. (i'm working on gyroscope signal processing, but i use discrete component )

If it's FM then you need an FM demodulator circuit.
