Fill out form with "User Email" and "Random Question"

I forgot my User Name and/or Password this usually means I have also forgotten my "Random Question" as well

Please!
Give use a break and just ask us for our Email.

Did you even read the instructions? The random question TELLS you what answer to type in before it sends your username and password to the registered e-mail address. It's so a bot can't use it.
