page 7, look in the "Choosing R1 and C1" paragraph, right at the end there is an equation for Fmax and then you have to do some detective work to decide the best values for the variables. I think I2 is a constant and is given earlier (not sure if it is constant or not, but only wanted to spend so much time reading), they recommend C no lower than 500pF for accuracy, and I used the lowest voltage on the spec sheet, 6V for Vcc. It wasn't obvious I agree and required one to actually read much of the data sheet.
