i would like to know is it possible to have a µc with .net compact which is used in windows mobile?if so which µc support that?

Only windows & windows mobile platforms support .net
Why would you want .net anyway?

ARM9's are used in Windows Mobile Devices.
That's all I know, and I have no experience with them or really want to.
