international toner cartridges

I've just been trying to find reduced-price toner for the printer (Konica-Minolta 2530dl), and discovered that the uk ones are numbered 1710589, the usa ones are numbered 1710587, and the aussie ones are numbered 1710590 - I'm guessing the rest of the world have other numbers as well.
Now, the cheapest genuine one I can find is located in the usa - so although it's for the same printer it has a different part number. Does anyone know (or have a best guess at least) if it will work?

Slot it in next to the exhaust manifold, should fuse nicely!
