would worry about sloshing and spilling

have heard about using a fish tank air pump where you have the board held vertical with the bubbles coming from the bottom of the tank thus agitating the enchant.
I understand it works very well.
just use a thin long tank to minimize the amount of enchant needed.

It uses a commercial servo to move the bowl in two directions.
