That photo was taken on my last visit to our small farm in South Africa, last December
The shot gun is mainly used for protection against wild animals, rarely used for members who go Off Topic.

I had to do a little reading on 12 bore, I had guessed it was what we called a 12 gauge shotgun. After reading, 12 bore is the correct way to say it, unless referring to a shell which is 12 gauge.

I'm glad I asked, now I'm going to try it on my Dad and Brother hehe. Something like hey Dad you still have your 12 bore?
