Electro-chemical electrodes

Dear All,

Has anyone got any experience in interfacing the following:

A) PH electrode - Acid Alkaline
B) Electrical conductivity - conductance of salts (ions)

(*BOTH PLACED LIQUID SOLOUTIONS*)

With some eletronics????

The EC electrode requires, a DC supply to be placed across
the electrode and the Reciprocal of the current drawn is the conductance

Is this technique practical and Safe????
