Datasheet for a MP0820JN (A2D Converter)

Anyone know where I could find a datasheet for a MP0820JN. Its an analogue to digital converter I have spare and I was wondering if it would clock fast enough for a project I'm working on...

Needs to sample about 1MSPS (1MHz) Does anyone know where I could get such a chip cheaply in the UK. 8, 10 or 12 bit prefferably.

I found this information at www.icmaster.com

1. Exar doesn't have the product listed in their website. I'm sure you have already looked. www.exar.com.

2. Listed alternates are:

A. Analog Devices: AD7820 or ADC0820
B. Maxim: AD7820 or ADC0820
C. National Semi: ADC0820
D. Texas Inst.: TLC0820
