4511 pin 1=B, 2=C, 3=LT bar, 4=Bl bar, 5=LE, 6=D, 7=A, 8=Vss, 9=e, 10=d, 11=c, 12=b, 13=a, 14=g, 15=f, 16=Vdd

4029 pin 1=preset enable, 2=Q4, 3=J4, 4= J1, 5= carry in, 6=Q1, 7=carry out, 8=Vss, 9 binary/decade, 10=up/down, 11=Q2, 12=J2, 13=J3, 14=Q3, 15=clock, 16=Vdd

The J inputs are the parallel data inputs
