i'm getting 1.2 volts from the ir led but it isn't responding when i put a flag across the pair. i have an led temporarily connected across the opto transistor. it worked before and i don't know why it's not working now.
tried new opto, no response. i have a 100 ohm from emiiter to ground and a 60 ohm from collestor to ground. the ir is working because the led is lit.
