Clap switch - circuit + layout

Ok I'm a newbie to the layout construction. I decided to make a clap switch (am a lazy sort). I have the circuit and it seems to be good https://www.electro-tech-online.com/custompdfs/2006/05/ci4-clap.pdf
but well I would appriciate a professional opinion.
The other problem is I need a layout. I'm not handy with the sprint-layout so I would be very happy if any of you has one already made (or a picture of it).

i suppose u r actually asking about the PCB layout....
if so u can buy one from EFY's kits'n'spares outlet for very cheap amount...
(if u r in india)....
the advice i would like to give u is that u go along with the general purpose dot matrix PCB and go on connecting it as u like according to the schematic and i sware it is very easy.....
