Hey okes,
I want to get a latch that i can use to implement a security measure in my car ie. Isolating the injectors and or coil.
I don't know much about scr latches, so what would be a good option?
Reliability is an issue ofcourse, and handling the loads of the injector system and or power to the coil
Thanks!

what exactly you want to accomplish? prevent start of the car in a event someone tries to steal it?

An SCR latches in the 'on' state. But it sounds as though you need a circuit which latches in the 'off' state.
