Edit: You could use 10k instead of 33k in the above circuit (at the expense of greater current).

Hey Alec.... I'm starting to build a variation of the schematic you attached to post #15. I have 10K and 91K resistors on hand to choose from.... which do you recommend?

Try the 91ks first. If the circuit shows instability then use the 10ks instead. Keep all wiring compact to prevent interference pickup.
