can any1 pls answer my question here?
im using a 74HC14 as a osillation to generate a clock signal,
the clock signal generate by 1 gate of the IC.
but is it possible for me to use the reast of the gate to amplify it?
or buffering the clock signal???

Hi tuck,
You cant use the other gates in the ic to 'amplify' the clock, but you can to 'buffer' it.
Its good practice to buffer an oscillator by using a spare invertor in the ic.
In that way the osc section is isolated from whatever its driving.
