I can't seem to find out if unused inputs or outputs on a 74HC14 hex inverting schmitt trigger should go somewhere. Will someone help me with this? Thanks
Aaron

No input pin on any CMOS device should ever be left floating unless the data sheet specifically shows an internal pull-up/down resistor.

Short unused inputs to the closest VCC or GND, whichever routes easier. Floating inputs will pick up noise or cause nasty gremlins...

And, just to clarify, all outputs should be left open.
