Hi every body,
Do u know various ways of buliding PCBs such as preparing zinc, printing and drilling. I'm intrested to know how companies do that. I need to make a large amount of PCBs every day.

there are various ways of making pcb's one method is silk screen method.but this is having a large process little bit hard to do at home unless you having all the tools & some support. In simply the layout is taken into a silk screen by(heat exposure or some UV rays).then the silk screen is used as a stencil to draw in the copperboard.placing the screen on the copper board & with a waterproof ink its painting all over the stencil.simply the stencil is removing upwards then only the tracks will remain.with this stencil can make about 1000 boards.but it needs some effort & experience.

At home the easiest way is the tonner transfer method.search in the google there are plenty ways.

Thanks Gayan. Any body could guide me about soldering ways too. I've heard that there are something like small pools of solder. But I don't have enough information about this way and don't know it's english name.

here are some websites with useful knowledge on this subject, using the search string of "how printed circuit boards are made":

Also, the tutorials at this site discuss interesting ways of soldering onto circuit boards:

I can't open the above websites but http://www.technologystudent.com/pcb/pcb1a.htm
This web site is very usefull abou making PCB but the only way for sticking components on PCB is identifyed normal soldering in this web site.
What other ways are possible?

There are plenty of tips on this forum; try searching it.

What do you mean by a large quantity?

If you need a couple of 1000 units then it's probably better to get it done at a PCB fabrication house.

For smaller quantities you can stack the boards on top of each other and drill the holes simultaniously.

Anyway, why bother with holes?

Use SMT components and you won't have to drill any, other than for mounting ourposes of course.
