Hello,

Working in active, is the current generated in the colector-base due to inverse biasing, called Icb0?? I think it is not a real saturation current.
for example, in Ebers-Moll model, Ics represents a real saturation current, but is not the same as Icb0.

Ie in Ebers-Moll model is something like :
Ie = -Ies*(exp(qVe/KT)-1) + ar*Ics*(exp(qVc/KT)-1)

The picture atached has a circle around the current I'm asking for.
Is is Icb0 ?? (so, it is not Ics?)

Not it isn't.

Icbo is the "reverse collector saturation current" when the emitter current is zero.
Do a Google search.
