Using LM35 to measure temperature -40 to 0 degrees celcuis

Dear Friends,

I need help in this.. I want to make LM35 to work between my required range of -40 degrees to 0 degrees Celsius. I have another device which takes Analog input from 0 to 15volts. i want the LM35 IC to give me the voltage of 0 to 15volts with required temperature range (-40 to 0). Is is possible ?
