Hi,
In light of a recent situation with a member who is threatening legal action we are having to amend our Terms of Use and the Community Rules.
These changes mainly focus on ownership of content. We have regrettable had to include a cause to state that upon submitting a post to ETO, you give up your copyright to that text, unless you specifically declare that that information is copyrighted. This has been included to prevent people filing law suits requiring us to remove their posts destroying countless threads and other posts..
Please note that this will not affect 99.9% of users but it will protect the forum from becoming very fragmented will allow ETO to continue to be a wonderful resource for the now and the future.
I also have locked this thread, if you have ANY questions please do let me know.
