Updated allowed file extensions for uploaded

I have just allowed the uploading of PDF files in attachments.

If you wish to have any other type of file allowed for attachments please let me know.

NOPE DON"T WORK! This is so AGGERVATING! I have Info to give but Your website will not let me post it!
It keeps giving me this notice:

The Extension pdf is not allowed
