Below is a simple way to get two full-wave rectified voltages from one center-tapped transformer and one bridge rectifier.
Adding a capacitor filter at the center-tap gives roughly half the DC voltage available from the center-tap output to ground as compared to the bridge output.

This can be handy for example, if you want to build a power supply with two different output voltages, such as 5v, along with a higher voltage, such as 10-12V. This minimizes dissipation in the 5V and 10-12V...

This is similar to a thick film ceramic hybrid for 240V split phase to 24Vdc supply we designed for inside Hydro power meter to power our AMR 928MHz wireless 2way radio.

only difference was we used Neutral as local gnd. and 22k series input R's rated for 1/2W 3kV with 120V per line and 24Vdc out, to charge up large cap, rather than your R/2 to CT.
