Transistor circuit

this was one of the first circuits I ever built:

You can make the circuit oscillate fast (and hence create a sound). this requires it to oscillate over about 100Hz. Or you can make it oscillator slow and flash some LEDs.

There should be plenty of stuff out there telling you how it works.... and you have a spare transistor left over...

I use three transistors in my current convertor...

one the members here (colin55) has a site with a ebook on it that has 200 (i think) transistor circuits. i once had a quick scan thru it and i am pretty sure there is a touch switch swith circuit there that uses 3 transistors. if not i am sure somewhere in that ebook is a circuit you could use https://www.electro-tech-online.com/custompdfs/2012/01/101-200TransistorCircuits.pdf

actualy the book i have linked 2 appears to be book 2! there is also a book 1 on the site so around 400 transistor circuits!!!! just had a quick peek through book two and there are plenty of circuits that should fit the bill! good luck let us kbnow how you get on
