Can u post some of the famous electronic magazines for reading

Please give some discription of the magazines. Example Circuit Cellar is advanced while Everyday Practical Ele. is basic. I think this will help people chooe what to get.
 
A need for magazine depends on the level of the person looking for it.

More than magazines, the present day scenario promotes datasheets and application notes from various manufacturers. while magazines carry attractive outlook, the datasheets and ANs are more info oriented.
 
EDN is a professional journal. Subscription is free if you qualify.
 
Back issues of Popular Electronics,Radio and Electronics, and Electronics Now.
 
Electronics Today International, Electronics Projects, Electronics Hobbyist, BYTE, Electronics Experimenter's Handbook, and Science and Electronics.

On the software front , there used to be a Dr.Dobb's Journal. I really don't know whether it it is currently active.
