I am trying to fill water to a hot tub. I have this switch mounted at the desired level.

**broken link removed**

An intermatic D17 timer turns on every two hours for 7 minutes, supplys power to a 24vac transformer to switch and solenoid valve.

When the water is about to fill the switch bounces due to waves and thus shutting on off the valve every 4-5 seconds and has "hammering effect".

What kind of relay can I use to turn off the valve only when the switch is off for atleast 30 or more seconds.
